The Devil is in the Detail

Added "Treat hyphen as punctuation" option.

Removed the double-clicking on words as it interferes with standard selection procedures.

Note that the command-line options now use a single "-" instead of "--", so make changes accordingly. This is more consistent with Qt standards.

Also, a small, but annoying bugfix. The previous version didn't allow the dictionary to be changed via the tool button whenever the "Change dictionary on keyboard layout change" option was selected.
